Terms and Conditions

Booking and Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total service fee. No booking is confirmed until the deposit is received. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
 

Payment

The remaining balance is due in full before or on the day of the service, prior to the beginning of the service. Accepted payment methods include direct deposit or cash. Should direct deposit be chosen, you are required to email a payment receipt from your bank.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made by the client within 7 days of the service will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is allowed only once, provided at least 7 days' notice is given. Reschedules with less than 7 days' notice will result in loss of deposit and require a new deposit to rebook. If Ashlee cancels for any reason, a full refund of the deposit will be issued, or the appointment may be rescheduled, based on client preference.

Travel and On-Site Services

Travel fees apply for services provided outside Ashlee’s standard service area (Ripley). Parking fees apply where free parking at location is unavailable. These fees will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking.

Client Responsibility

The client must arrive on time and with a clean, makeup-free face. Please disclose any skin allergies or sensitivities at the time of booking.
 

Liability

All tools and products used are sanitised in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Under no circumstances is Ashlee responsible for any skin complications or allergic reactions that may occur from products used. It is the client's responsibility to disclose information regarding allergies/skin sensitivities at the time of booking. If the client chooses not to notify Ashlee, Ashlee reserves the right to refuse service.
 

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may result in a shortened service or cancellation, with loss of deposit.
 

Agreement

By paying the deposit and booking services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
